It's about that time of year when all of us wedding photographers create a blog post highlighting our favorite photos of the past wedding season. I'm no exception. For the past week, I've been looking through an archive of photos, selecting my favorites. It wasn't until last night that I realized something...I've never expressed my gratitude to my clients. Ok, maybe that sounds bad, but what I mean is...I wouldn't be where I am without having the opportunities to work with such wonderful people. While I still have my 2011 post coming, this post is dedicated to my clients who I had the pleasure of working with this year. Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day. Thank you for letting me tell your story. Thank you for believing in me. It is because of you that I love what I do and why I do it. I consider all of you not just clients, but friends as well. I loved hearing about how you met, how you guys popped the question, your inside jokes, and experiencing the love you have for one another. The stories you told me will stick with me forever and serve as a reminder of why I fell in love with photography in the first place.
This year has been a wild ride and has taken me to some beautiful places where I watched beautiful stories unfold. Next year is looking even better. So again, to my clients from this past year and the clients I will work with in the coming year, thank you. I couldn't do it without you.
